Booking with ADG means...

ADG Cleaning Policies

In order for ADG Cleaning to provide stress-free, flawless services, there are a few things we must go over:

Services Covered

ADG Cleaning agrees to provide cleaning services to the Client's premises  may include, but are not limited to, dusting,vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and other standard cleaning tasks as required by the Client. ADG Cleaning is not responsible for any pet services including walking, bathing, cleaning pet items etc.

Additional Services

ADG Cleaning understands each Client needs may be different. General cleaning (light cleaning/housekeeping) is the default service, but if the Client is interested in a deeper cleaning service such as window cleaning, garage/attic organization/cleaning,  outdoors/patio cleaning feel free to inquire with the understanding those services will be at an additional cost.

Service Schedule

The cleaning services shall be provided according to the schedule agreed upon by both parties.
ADG Cleaning will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the schedule, but may make adjustments in
case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. Please understand I am a mother of young children, who will always come first! Rest assured, rescheduling without a cost will be provided if ADG Cleaning cancels.

If the Client cancels more than one instance, ADG Cleaning will not return to your location. ADG Cleaning is a small business created to feed my family, we cannot have continuous cancellations.

Access to Premises

Client shall provide necessary access to the premises during the scheduled cleaning hours. If access is
denied or restricted on any occasion, ADG Cleaning will not be held responsible for the inability to
provide the cleaning services as scheduled.

Pay Agreement

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider for the services rendered as follows:
a. The total cost for the cleaning services shall be provided in a separate written quotation or invoice.
b. Payment shall be made per service day on or before services rendered, in the form of
cash/check/debit/credit.

c. Due to recent attempts of fraud, ADG Cleaning shall check all bills for authenticity at the time of payment.

Equipment & Supplies

Client will furnish all cleaning equipment and supplies necessary to perform the services, unless
otherwise agreed upon prior to or on Day 1 of service.

Liability

a. ADG Cleaning shall not be held liable to cover any damages to the Client's property. In the event of disputed damages, both parties agree to make a good faith effort to resolve the issue. The client may be required to provide documentation, such as receipts or photographs, to support any claims of damages.
b. In the event of any damage to the Client's property, the Client shall promptly notify, within 24
hours of service date, the Service Provider and cooperate in the investigation and resolution of
the matter.

Respect & Treatment

I, Diana, owner of ADG Cleaning will always be respectful to the Client and the location being serviced. That respect is expected in return. If at any point in time I, Diana, owner of ADG Cleaning feels disrespected, threatened or uncomfortable, ADG Cleaning will cease services immediately and will practice the right to report to authorities. Additionally, any attempts of fraud will be reported to the proper authorities.
